I'm a fee-only, flat-fee financial planner who specializes in servicing retired couples and business owners. I live in League City, TX with my beautiful wife and daughter. I pride myself in the extensiveness of my financial plans, especially when it comes to tax planning. From beginning to end, I work with my clients to make sure that their path forward is crystal clear. I execute all action steps needed to put their roadmap into reality and help them avoid common mistakes and pitfalls along the way. My fees have always been and always will be flat. I receive no referral fees or kickbacks from professionals I may refer clients to, and charge no AUM fees.

Sergio Ordonez currently serves as Vice President and Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role he has held since 2021. He has been with Fidelity Investments since 2016, progressing through various positions including Financial Consultant and Investment Consultant. Prior to joining Fidelity, Sergio worked as a Financial Representative at MetLife Securities and New England Securities. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Sergio focuses on creating comprehensive and holistic financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals. He holds an Arkansas Insurance License which supports his work in providing financial guidance. Outside of his professional career, Sergio enjoys activities such as spending time at the beach, family activities, hiking, running, soccer, and traveling.

Logan Cheak is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and a key member of The Cheak Group. Since joining the team in 2018 alongside his father, he has focused on assisting clients with personal retirement and college education planning, as well as developing wealth management strategies tailored to families and individuals. Logan supports The Cheak Group’s goals-based approach to financial planning, emphasizing customized strategies that address tax minimization, retirement income, estate considerations, and long-term care. A native Texan, Logan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University in 2017. He holds the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation and is affiliated with the professional organization Lambda Chi Alpha. In addition to his professional work, Logan participates in community activities including involvement with the South Plains Food Bank. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and softball, drawing and painting, and following Houston and Texas Tech sports.

Cristobal Moreno is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, specializing in providing personalized financial strategies tailored to clients' unique goals. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Baylor University and is designated as a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). Outside of his professional work, Cristobal enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in various sports such as baseball, basketball, chess, football, pickleball, running, soccer, tennis, as well as watching movies.
