I have been working in the investment business for more than 25 years. I have seen complexity keep people from making the decisions needed to accomplish their goals. He is a lifetime member of the UTSA Alumni Association and past president of Team Golf San Antonio. Thomas resides in Castle Hills with his wife Charlotte Gallagher Immenschuh and their three sons.

Erica Licon is a Planning Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role she has held since 2023. Prior to this position, she served as a Relationship Manager and Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, gaining experience from 2022 to 2023 and in 2022 respectively. Before joining Fidelity, Erica worked as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial from 2020 to 2022 and as an Office Assistant at a Thrivent Financial office from 2019 to 2020. Erica focuses on building long-term relationships with her clients and their families by recognizing their individual circumstances and needs. She utilizes the resources available at Fidelity to assist clients in pursuing their financial goals. Outside of her professional work, Erica has interests in art, family activities, golf, movies, and traveling.
