Tim founded Iseler Financial to help creative professionals build stability & security in their financial lives. The firm offers hourly engagements, one-time plans, ongoing financial planning, and investment management. Tim lives in Durham NC with his family and wonder dog, Yoshi. Prior to starting Iseler Financial, he spent 18 years in the music industry as a recording & touring audio engineer. And, even further back in time, Tim grew up on a family farm before graduating with honors with a degree in mathematics.

Brittany is a financial advisor at Hilltop Wealth Advisors, a fee-only financial planning firm located in Chapel Hill, NC. Brittany has been with the Hilltop team since 2014, when she started as a financial planning intern while earning her BA in Mathematics at UNC-Chapel Hill. She quickly discovered financial planning to be a perfect combination of problem solving and relationship building, which made it her ideal career path. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™(CFP®) professional and Certified Student Loan Professional (CSLP®), and is passionate about working with Gen X & Gen Y clients. Brittany lives in Raleigh with her husband and dog. When she’s not working, she loves cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, exploring the local food scene, and traveling to the mountains.

Mikel Chalmers is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he currently assists clients and their families in understanding and achieving their financial goals. Prior to that, he was an Associate Advisor at Millennium Advisory Services from 2018 to 2020. He holds insurance licenses in both Arkansas and California.

He began his role as a Financial Consultant in 2024, having previously served as a Planning Consultant at Fidelity from 2022 to 2024. Prior to joining Fidelity, Joshua worked as an Investment Resource Consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2021 to 2022 and as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank from 2019 to 2021. Outside of his professional work, Joshua has interests in baseball, cars, football, running, singing, and traveling.

Doug Wegman is an Executive Planning Consultant at Fidelity Investments, specializing in working with corporate executives within the company's Executive Services business unit. He focuses on helping executives save for retirement and invest in a tax-efficient manner. Doug's experience at Fidelity Investments includes roles as Benefits & Planning Consultant, Non-Qualified Plan Services Lead, and Defined Contributions Representative, demonstrating his expertise in compensation packages, benefit plans, and equity compensation strategies. He holds a California Insurance License. Outside of his professional work, Doug has personal interests that include camping, golf, outdoor adventures, and spending time with pets.
