Hey there! I'm David Wiedmeyer, a Certified Financial Planner™. I run KLD Wealth Management, a fee-only financial planning firm. We're a bit different because we only charge fees and focus on helping Gen X and Millennial families and real estate investors. So, what's our deal? Well, we're all about helping families like yours become financially independent. We want you to be in control of your money. How? By focusing on stuff you can control, like making a budget, planning for taxes (so you don't pay more than you have to), deciding where to invest your money (including your 401(k)), and teaching you all about this money stuff so you can make smart choices for your family's future. Oh, and we're big fans of real estate. We think it's a great way to make money. Now that you’ve learned about the clients we serve and what we do, you may be interested in a more personal introduction. I’m Eric Ross, CFP®, Principal and Lead Advisor at F2 Wealth. I’ve served as a senior leader during my career as a management consultant and wealth advisor at global firms and boutique firms. Over the course of my career I’ve had the opportunity to serve hundreds of individuals and families seeking to be stewards of their financial lives. I’ve been a speaker at financial industry conferences and my expertise has appeared in national media outlets. I volunteer as a Certified Business Coach to help entrepreneurs successfully launch their businesses. I’m also highly engaged in the financial planning community having served in leadership roles at national organizations and participating in the financial planning student program at The Ohio State University where I also serve as a mentor in The Fisher College of Business. I’m excited to meet you and to help you lead a confident financial life.

My goal is to help bring order to your financial life and help you make smarter financial decisions. I do this by focusing on what you care about the most – your spending ability. Together, we will figure out how much you can safely spend each year and how much you need to save. We will look for ways to safely increase your standard of living. My clients seek advice on a wide variety of issues. But they all share one thing in common… they want professional guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of their financial life. We will work collaboratively because it is important that you be a part of the financial planning process. We will have real discussions about money and the things you want to accomplish in life. We will figure out how to put you back in charge of your finances and on the path to financial freedom. I grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts and then attended college in Tampa, Florida where I earned an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of South Florida. After graduating from college, I moved to San Diego, California where I lived for about 15 years working mostly in finance and accounting. In 1986, I obtained my California CPA license. In 1992, I became a Certified Financial Planner. In 1996, I returned to Massachusetts to become a partner in a local CPA firm and also obtained my Massachusetts CPA license. And then in 2004, I founded Spillane Financial Planning, Inc. to better serve the financial planning and investment needs of my clients. In 2023, after more than 25 years in Massachusetts, my wife and I decided to relocate to the historic town of Lebanon, Ohio. Over the years, I have gained valuable knowledge, experience, and insight that will benefit my clients. I look forward to hearing from you.

Lance Lohr is a Wealth Management Advisor and Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He has been with Merrill Lynch since 1996, focusing on advising and managing client portfolios and wealth management strategies. Lance holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) certification and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC) designation, along with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. His expertise encompasses a broad range of client focus areas, including college education planning, divorce transition planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, women and wealth, individual and corporate investment strategy, tax minimization, and retirement income. Lance graduated from Moeller High School, played football at Vanderbilt University, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Lance follows Merrill's tradition of community service by volunteering with local organizations. His personal interests include football, golfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family. He emphasizes working one-on-one with clients to develop personalized financial strategies tailored to their long-term goals.

Andrew Grombala is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He specializes in serving corporate executives and high-earning professionals with complex compensation structures, including equity awards. Andrew works closely with clients to understand their personal and financial goals and helps them pursue lasting financial success. Since entering the industry in 2017, Andrew has built experience in guiding clients through liquidity events, tax-efficient strategies, and long-term planning aligned with their personal and professional objectives. His expertise includes managing restricted stock units, stock options, employee stock purchase plans, deferred compensation, and performance awards. He emphasizes reducing tax drag, managing concentration risk, and aligning equity compensation with goals-based wealth strategies through a structured, plan-first approach. Andrew holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and is licensed in Accident & Health, Life, and Variable Insurance. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he participated in football and lacrosse. He resides in Anderson Township with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time at the family lake house, and staying active through CrossFit.

Corbin Guggenheim is a Wealth Management Advisor with The Guggenheim Group, bringing over eleven years of experience in financial planning and investment management. He began his career with the firm in 2015 as a summer intern and transitioned to a full-time role in 2016 after earning his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University's Farmer School of Business. His expertise encompasses a broad range of areas including college education planning, executive compensation, family wealth management, retirement planning, philanthropic planning, portfolio management, socially responsible investing, tax minimization, and retirement income strategies. Corbin holds several professional designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP), Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA), and CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR® (CPFA). He and his team employ a holistic approach to wealth management, collaborating with internal and external professionals to address all aspects of a client's financial life including tax strategy, estate planning, asset allocation, and investment management. Corbin emphasizes understanding clients' goals, values, and visions to develop personalized strategies aimed at sustaining wealth and supporting their priorities. Outside of his professional role, Corbin participates in community volunteering activities. His personal interests include hiking, reading, and skiing.
