Dylan Moran

Timothy McNamara is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Since beginning his career in financial services in 2011 and joining Merrill Lynch in 2016, Tim has worked closely with clients through the Yanoski, McGee & McNamara Wealth Management Group. His focus includes retirement planning, helping clients maintain their standard of living and independence in retirement, as well as advising on education funding, legacy, philanthropy, and tailored wealth strategies. Utilizing the resources available at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, Tim and his team provide personalized financial planning and portfolio management aimed at achieving long-term client success. Tim resides in Factoryville, Pennsylvania with his wife Lauren, an elementary school teacher, and their three children. He is active in his community, volunteering with nonprofit organizations and coaching high school basketball. His personal interests include baseball, basketball, fishing, football, golfing, music, reading, spending time with family, traveling, and watching movies.

Gregory Rosetti is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2019, focusing on understanding, planning, and assisting clients through a process designed to help them achieve their financial goals. He designs customized personal financial strategies for families and individuals, aiming to provide clients with the best life possible within their available resources. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Gregory worked in Manhattan for ten years in the financial industry and spent an additional three years in the insurance industry. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University in 2004 and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, along with the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. Gregory resides in Glenburn, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Brook, and their sons, Daniel and Christopher. He is involved in community organizations including Girls on the Run, the Marworth Advisory Board, and the Waverly Community House.

Ronald Coltrane Jr serves as the Resident Director for Merrill's Wilkes-Barre Office. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in wealth management, banking, financing, and private placement investment management. As a Senior Financial Advisor and qualified Portfolio Manager, Ronald focuses on goals-based planning to help clients achieve their financial objectives through personalized wealth management strategies, including family wealth management, retirement planning, portfolio management, and tax minimization. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership at Wilkes University. He maintains the designation of Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). Committed to community involvement, Ronald actively participates in local organizations and values spending time with his family.

Kristin Mccann is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She partners with clients to develop personalized wealth management strategies that reflect their unique financial goals and changing market conditions. Kristin emphasizes a collaborative approach that goes beyond investment portfolios, focusing on defining what matters most to each client as they prepare for various life stages. Her expertise centers on guiding clients through seven key life priorities: family, finances, health, home, leisure, work, and giving. With an understanding that financial journeys are rarely linear, she assists individuals in navigating life’s changes while maintaining alignment with their long-term objectives. Kristin holds professional designations as a CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). Kristin earned a high school diploma from Bishop Hannan and a bachelor’s degree from Marywood University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys drawing, sketching, painting, photography, golfing, reading, and spending time with her family.

William Stella is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management based in Wilkes-Barre. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and a member of the Koehl, Youngman, Levy and Rosenthal Wealth Management Group. In this role, he helps clients simplify their financial lives by focusing on building strong relationships that align with their goals and values. William works closely with clients to develop individualized strategies by considering their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and market conditions. William joined Merrill in 2015 and contributes to the Youngman, Rosenthal & Shaffer Wealth Management Group’s investment committee. Prior to his current role, he completed a dual Bachelor of Science and MBA degree in Accounting at the University of Scranton within five years. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification as well as the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. In addition to his professional work, William is engaged in community service through his board memberships with the Cody Jude Barasse Memorial Foundation and the St. Joseph’s Center Foundation. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Wilkes-Barre Core Program, Class of 2017.
