Will founded Sound Capital in 2019, after more than 7 years in the wealth management industry. Prior to launching Sound Capital, he spent one year advising military families at the Little Rock Air Force Base and 6 years working as a Financial Consultant at Stephens Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and General Business from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Will is an Arkansas native who enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz, and their daughters, Finley and Jemma. You can typically find Will at the zoo, Museum of Discovery, or a park with his family. He enjoys going out to eat, watching movies, and traveling on those rare occasions away from his kids. “I enjoy working with people and trying to make their lives better. Lawrence Chance is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He employs a disciplined process to deliver a consistent yet customized wealth management experience, focusing on fully understanding each client’s unique values and priorities before making financial recommendations. Larry works closely with clients to establish objectives and develop strategies that integrate all aspects of their financial lives, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting plans as personal or business circumstances change. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1986 and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University in 1987. Outside of his professional work, Larry is active in Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock. His personal interests include camping, fishing, hunting, and traveling.

Trevor Holbert is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he has worked since 2008. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Trevor spent two years in public accounting at JPMS, Cox PLLC, an accounting firm in Little Rock. His areas of focus include legacy planning, personal retirement planning, philanthropic planning, and portfolio management services. He emphasizes wealth management, tax minimization, and wealth transfer strategies for the families he serves. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Harding University, where he also played baseball for the Bisons. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC), and he has earned the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. In 2022, he was named to the Forbes "Best-in-State Next-Generation Wealth Advisors" list. He is a former member of the Arkansas Children's Foundation Board and a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XXVI. Trevor currently serves on the boards of Junior Deputy Baseball Park and Explore. He lives in Little Rock with his wife, Lori, and their children, Lee and Rhett. Trevor’s personal interests include adventure sports, baseball, golfing, and skiing.

Jeffrey Mccauley is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Since joining Merrill in 2012, he has focused on a range of client services including college education planning, corporate executive services, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, managing new wealth, tax minimization, and retirement income. Before his career at Merrill, Jeffrey was a small business owner. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designations. Outside of his professional role, Jeffrey has experience as a former scuba instructor. He resides in North Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife, Beth, and their two children. Jeffrey enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fly fishing, values spending time with his family, and is actively involved in community volunteer work.
