Michelle Vargas, Certified Financial Planner™ is the President of Waymaker Financial Planning, a Fee-Only firm that provides transparent and accessible financial guidance. She enjoys helping clients navigate and plan all aspects of their financial life so that they will worry less about their future and free up more time to spend doing what they love. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1990, she moved to Florida and started her career with Harcourt Brace Publishing. Her journey into personal finance began when she signed up for her 401K and wanted to learn about additional options to plan for retirement. This eventually led to working as a financial advisor and completing the extensive education requirements for becoming a CFP® in 1998. She believes her experience as a young professional searching for unbiased advice enables her to better serve Gen XY professionals because she remembers what it was like being in their shoes. As a former homeschool parent and the wife of a federal employee, she is passionate about helping women, homeschool families, and federal workers plan wisely for a comfortable financial future. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking in Colorado, barbecuing with family, and working in her garden.

Brian Treger is a Senior Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2015 after beginning his financial advising career in 2001 at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo Advisors). With over 20 years of experience, Brian specializes in helping individual clients and their families develop customized wealth management strategies aimed at simplifying complex financial lives. Brian's expertise includes college education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, managing new wealth, and personal retirement planning. He works closely with business executives, entrepreneurs in the oil and gas industry, and other professionals, providing advice and discretionary management of personalized or defined investment strategies that may include individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party strategies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and carries professional designations including Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). Brian is involved in his community as a board member of Fort Worth University Little League and Pregnancy Lifeline, and formerly served on the TCU AddRan School Board. Residing in Fort Worth with his wife Jennifer and their three children, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing, and coaching youth sports.

Ryan Westmoreland is a Planning Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he assists clients in developing financial plans aimed at achieving their retirement and investment objectives. He has been with Fidelity Investments since 2023, progressing through roles including Investment Consultant and Financial Representative before his current position. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ryan worked as an Associate Representative at Thrivent Financial from 2022 to 2023. His professional experience encompasses financial planning and investment consulting. Outside of his professional work, Ryan enjoys activities such as fishing, football, golf, spending time at the lake, attending social events with friends, and listening to music.

Cody Stratton is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a position he has held since 2024. He previously worked as an Investment Consultant at Fidelity Investments from 2022 to 2024, and held roles as Workplace Planning Consultant I and II at the same company in 2021 and 2022 respectively. In his role, Cody works collaboratively with clients to develop financial plans tailored to their individual needs and family circumstances. He focuses on helping clients improve their financial health through wealth planning and investment strategies that align with their current and future goals. Cody holds insurance licenses in Arkansas and California. Outside of work, he has personal interests that include beach activities, concerts, fitness, golf, soccer, and traveling.

Kevin Hargrove is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he has been serving since 2023. He has extensive experience within Fidelity, having held roles such as Director Retirement Planner in the Tax-Exempt market from 2017 to 2023, and positions focused on retirement and investment solutions from 2013 onward. Kevin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who partners with clients and their families to develop and maintain financial plans that align with their priorities and values. He holds insurance licenses in Arkansas and California, supporting his ability to serve clients in these regions. Outside of his professional work, Kevin engages in activities including comedy, family activities, fitness, golf, and running.
