Hi, I'm Chris. I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Certified Kingdom Advisor®, and founder of Purpose Financial Planning. Having spent years in the industry, I noticed a need among younger families who didn’t have access to the type of financial advice they were looking for. With limited options, many were having to turn to robo-advisors, YouTube videos, and Reddit forums to try and figure it out on their own. But there's just too much to keep up with for busy families trying to navigate work and family. Who has time to also become an expert on saving, investing, taxes, retirement, and every other financial discipline? I set out to change that when I launched Purpose Financial Planning – a boutique firm that works exclusively with young Christian professionals, business owners, and their families. Rather than focusing on retirees, I wanted to help families who are working to build wealth today. In fact, having access to professional advice and biblical wisdom now means the benefits can compound over decades! Purpose Financial Planning exists to help young families live out God’s Purpose through good financial stewardship. As your personal CFO, I focus on your financial picture so that you can focus on the things that matter to you... things like family and your career. My typical clients are high-earning professional or business owner in their 30s or 40s. They are working hard to balance the demands of your family and career. They want to feel confident they're making the right financial decisions for their family's future. They want a financial advisor who shares their values and can help them build their wealth while enjoying an abundant and generous life. We recognize how important financial education is to the veterinary community. Becoming more financially secure not only improves the lives and well-being of you and your family, but also can help improve the lives and well-being of your patients and clients. At VetWorth, we offer fiduciary, fee-only financial planning specifically to veterinarians. From tax planning strategies for relief veterinarians to analyzing disability options for specialty vets to retirement planning scenarios for practice owners, our goal is to positively impact the lives of our clients through collaborative financial planning, including student loan guidance. I made the decision to serve veterinarians after reading a Merck study showing more than half of veterinarians would not recommend the profession to their peers, with low incomes and high student debt being the overwhelming reasons. By working with vets to improve their financial situation, I hope to help reverse this negative perception many vets feel.
