H. David Osnowitz is Senior Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill, where he opened the Bloomington, Illinois office in 1994. With nearly a decade of prior experience in the financial services industry, David specializes in developing strategies for high-net-worth individuals and their families, addressing areas such as investment management, education funding, retirement planning, and estate planning in collaboration with clients' advisors. David graduated from The University of Iowa in 1985 with a degree in Finance and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 1988. He holds multiple professional designations, including Certified 401(k) Professional (CKP), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC). As a qualified Portfolio Manager, David manages personalized and defined investment strategies on a discretionary basis, utilizing individual securities, model portfolios, and third-party strategies to meet client objectives. Outside of his professional work, David serves on the board of Easterseals Central Illinois. His personal interests include adventure sports, baseball, golfing, music, and spending time with his family.

Mark Osnowitz is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He specializes in developing personalized financial strategies and assisting clients in implementing them to achieve their financial goals. Mark works with local families and small businesses to simplify their financial situations, focusing on areas such as retirement planning, income generation and replacement strategies, legacy planning, tax minimization, college education planning, and small business strategies. He strives to help clients feel empowered and comfortable with their financial plans, emphasizing clear understanding and realistic goal-setting. Mark holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and is recognized as a Personal Investment Advisor. He earned a Master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree from Wabash College. Mark is a part of his father's team at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and continues to develop his expertise in wealth management. Outside of his professional role, Mark is involved with the Alzheimer's Association. He enjoys hiking, painting, spending time with his family, watching movies, and practicing yoga.

Giovanni Bernetti is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, based in the Bloomington branch. He works with a select group of families, retirees, corporate executives, and business owners, providing financial education and personalized wealth management strategies. Giovanni focuses on simplifying and clarifying clients' financial lives by coordinating their financial affairs and reviewing progress through quarterly meetings conducted in person or by telephone. His areas of expertise include college education planning, family wealth management strategies, LGBT wealth planning, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, small business strategies, women and wealth, individual and corporate investment strategy, tax minimization, and retirement income. Giovanni holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designations, and has completed FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 registrations as well as Illinois state health and life insurance licenses. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University. Giovanni resides in Bloomington, Illinois with his wife Genevieve and their two children. His personal interests include cooking, running, skiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and traveling with his family. Fluent in English and Italian, Giovanni emphasizes building strong relationships with clients based on trust, clarity, and tailored financial strategies.
