As managing partner of the RGRWT Group, John leads a team of six financial advisors, an investment associate, and three client service associates, collectively bringing over 135 years of experience. The group serves clients across 35 states and seven countries, focusing on family wealth management strategies, personal retirement planning, and small business strategies. John’s approach combines the resources of a global organization with personalized service rooted in small-town values. John has a longstanding commitment to his community, including over 30 years of involvement with the GLOW YMCA in Batavia, where he is currently chairing the initiative to build a new facility that will anchor a Healthy Living Campus. He has also been a member of the Batavia Rotary Club for more than 20 years, serving on its board of directors multiple times. John and his wife Liz have been married for 33 years and have two adult children, Mitchell and Kathryn.

He has also contributed as an assistant track and field coach at Notre Dame High School in Batavia and officiates meets in the Genesee Region league. Steven resides on 18 acres in the town of Batavia.
