He resides in The Heights with his wife, Andrea, their daughter, Zoe, and their dogs. David Charlaff is the sole advisor and managing member of Core Capital Management, LLC, an independent firm based in The Woodlands, TX. He holds Series 63 and Series 65 credentials and has 17 years of industry experience. In addition to his advisory role, Charlaff manages CorePortfolio, LLC, which publishes an investment-related newsletter that he may recommend to clients.
