Hi, I’m Andrew! I founded Wrought Financial Planning to help entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals forge their path to financial freedom. We help our clients manage their cashflow, reduce their taxes, and grow their wealth. I’ve been interested in history, finance, and psychology since I was a kid growing up in Ocean City, New Jersey. After graduating from The College of New Jersey with honors, I began my financial services career in the alternative investment industry (private equity, hedge funds, commercial real estate and other fancy investments) first with Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments in Princeton, New York, and Boston and then with FS Investments based in Philadelphia. I grew tired of getting on airplanes for work and being away from my family so with the entrepreneurial spirit calling me I began my wealth management practice at Merrill Lynch and then I founded the independent and fee-only firm Wrought Financial Planning. I am married to my beautiful and patient wife and together we reside in Haddonfield, NJ with our two young daughters and Labrador Retriever. We enjoy traveling and sharing new experiences with my girls and being involved with their sports teams and activities. I am the Vice President and soon to be President of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield where we provide grants and scholarships to deserving organizations and underprivileged students. With whatever free time is left to me I love to read, listen to podcasts, and stay active by jogging with my dog and squeezing in a round of golf when possible.

Edward Harrington Jr. is a CFP® with 39 years of industry experience. He has been with Financial Planning Professionals, Inc. since 1992 and previously worked at Securities Service Network, Inc. for 21 years. Outside of advising, he serves as a member of a condominium board and has ownership interests in a storage facility and related commercial properties. Financial Planning Professionals, Inc. provides discretionary asset management and comprehensive financial planning to individuals, high-net-worth clients, pension and profit-sharing plans, corporations, trusts, estates, and charitable organizations. The firm employs global asset allocation model portfolios with active market timing and primarily focuses on ETF-based strategies implemented on a discretionary basis.

Jason Zola is a financial advisor at Cartera Investments with one year of industry experience. He holds a Series 65 designation and previously worked at Exelon Corporation from 2010 to 2024. Cartera Investments is a state-registered investment adviser serving individual and high-net-worth clients with personalized investment management and financial planning. Financial Compass LLC provides personalized financial planning and discretionary investment management to individuals, trusts, estates, and small businesses. The firm manages approximately $66 million in client assets and offers a specialized service called milz fp focused on millennial and Gen Z clients, emphasizing long-term, diversified portfolios with low-cost, tax-efficient mutual funds and ETFs.

Michael Cherrey is a CFP® and Series 66-registered advisor with 23 years of industry experience. He has led MDC Financial Consulting, LLC since 2001 and has operated his own CPA and financial planning practice since 1997. MDC Financial Consulting provides financial planning, investment management, and consulting services to individuals, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, small businesses, and retirement plan sponsors. The firm develops individualized investment policy statements and implements balanced, asset-allocation portfolios, offering discretionary portfolio management and educational workshops, including services for institutional accounts and employee education programs.
